INGREDIENTS
1 Small demi baguette
2 Thick slices brie cheese
Pickled chutney
4 Slices cooked applewood smoked bacon
Dijon mustard
Whole grain mustard
Baby gem lettuce
Red onion, grilled
METHOD
Slice roll lengthwise and toast briefly in a hot oven.
Spread mustard on the top side and spread pickled chutney on the bottom side of the bread.
Next, top the sandwich with brie cheese, bacon, grilled red onion and gem lettuce. Enjoy.
