INGREDIENTS
Thick slices brie cheese
Pickled chutney
4 Slices cooked applewood smoked bacon
Dijon mustard
Whole grain mustard
Baby gem lettuce
Red onion, grilled
METHOD
Slice roll lengthwise and toast briefly in a hot oven.
Spread mustard on the top side and spread pickled chutney on the bottom side of the bread.
Next, top the sandwich with brie cheese, bacon, grilled red onion and gem lettuce. Enjoy.

The Brew Kettle is the 2nd oldest continuously operating brewery in the state of Ohio, and the maker of award-winning White Rajah IPA. Coming in June is a new additions to the Rajah series with Mango Rajah, Double Rajah and Light Rajah.
Mango Rajah is floral and has bright notes of mango with a strong citrus and hop backbone. Double Rajah is a hop enthusiasts’ dream as its tasting notes are very hoppy with light supporting fruity tones making this one serious beer! Light Rajah is the light version of our White Rajah – citrus fruit, tropical fruit and hops, but all on the lighter side!
